Note the multiple wall openings in the kitchen to help bring more light in the kitchen area and a more open feeling. It also provided extended bars to the outside the kitchen area in the dining and family area. See the last picture of Project C for a view from outside the kitchen.

Note several changes to this project. First moving the heat source to a more central location in the form of a fireplace and placing an entertainment area above. This consolidates the amount of space taken for these two functions of a family room. It creates a more central area for viewing the fire and TV. Next it opens the room and help reduce the interference of viewing out the double glass doors. Finally opening the dining room into the family room allows for the more open feel and the benefit of viewing the fireplace, TV and visiting with company from the kitchen.
