I met Carl of Reich Custom Homes, when he was building a new house in our established neighborhood. My wife and I were thinking about doing some remodeling and expansion to our 20 year old home. Our budget was tight. Carl worked with us to develop a plan that stayed within our budget.

In the end, we had added a new living room and remodeled almost every room in our house. The outside was also updated with a new porch and rockery. Carl worked on our house and made sure all the sub-contractors were lined up and showed up on time. He held high standards for his sub-contractors and employees. Carl made sure every detail was right and was helpful when asked for ideas or suggestions..

We were very pleased with our finished project. Most visitors think our house is one of the new homes in the neighborhood. We have recommended Carl too many of our friends who have also been pleased with his work. Carl is reliable and honest and a very nice guy.

Carl ensured the construction of our beach house was of above average quality. We were particularly impressed with his choice of subcontractors. A few items needed attention after construction was completed and they were promptly attended to.
